ON TOUR: The UNH Department of Theatre and Dance is pleased to announce the spring ArtsREACH tour of Aesop’s Fables, “Don’t Count Your Chickens Until They Cry Wolf”. This lively production features some of Aesop’s most famous characters including the Tortoise and the Hare, the Fox and the Crow and the Boy Who Cried Wolf. The production, which brings to life some of ancient literatures most entertaining teaching tools, includes UNH’s signature puppets, a memorable musical score and a moral for every story. The tour begins February 12 and will play in area schools and daycare centers on Wednesday and Friday mornings through May 12.   Depending on performance times, the tour will travel within a two hour radius of UNH’s Durham campus on Wednesday and Friday mornings. “Don’t Count Your Chickens Until They Cry Wolf” is directed by UNH lecturer and master puppeteer Carol Jo Fisher. The cast includes Brooke Bouldry, of Concord NH, Melody Chapin, of Somerville MA, Kristen LaBua, of North Hampton NH, Justin Morin, of Bellingham MA and Vanessa Romanoff, of Falmouth ME.
