A Comedy Tonight! at BJacob Players

WOODBRIDGE, CT: Do yourself a favor and reserve tickets NOW for B’nai Jacob Players’ production of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.  For the past 15 years, the BJ Players have been delighting audiences with outstanding performances of musicals, comedies, cabarets, Shabbat services, and special events. With a hilarious book by Larry Gelbart and Burt Shevelove, Forum is Stephen Sondheim’s first show as both composer and lyricist. Director Rachel Humphrey has assembled a fantastically talented cast and crew of children, teens and adults, who come from the towns of Woodbridge, Orange, Bethany, Hamden, Milford and Guilford. Choreography is by Jared Andrew off North Haven.

All performances will take place at Congregation B’nai Jacob Synagogue at 75 Rimmon Road, in Woodbridge, CT (203-389-2111). There will be three performances:

Thursday evening May 8, at 7:30 pm/ Sunday, matinee May 11 at 2:00 pm
$20 for Adults, $18 for seniors and Children under 13

Saturday, May 10 at 7:30 (Special Dinner Theater and Auction) $75.00 per person
Includes hor d’oeuvres, full buffet, dessert, champagne, wine and beer and silent auction Seating for Saturday night will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis!
