Ernie Desmarais

Most recently, Ernie appeared in Camelot's May'04 production of Three Short Comedies, but Ernie began his theatrical career as a child performer in variety shows, when his mother (June Sweet) introduced him to acting at the age of 5 for a production of The Lottery. Since, Ernie has appeared in such Camelot productions as Fools (Leon) and The Sunshine Boys (Ben Silverman), as well as Alone Together (Elliott), Waltz of the Torreadors (Gaston), Laughter on the 23rd Floor (Kenny Franks), The Water Engine, and most recently as Tom in our Fall'01 production of Living Together.  He is perhaps best remembered, however, for his Camelot debut as Paul Bratter on a snow-covered couch in Barefoot in the Park.
