Ed Phaneuf
Additionally, Ed has appeared with the Nashoba Players in The Man Who Came to Dinner and Tony & Tina's Wedding. Camelot roles, such as in 2004's Cheaters (in Three Short Plays) or 1999's Rumors, have made Ed a "Country Club" favorite. And though others, such as "Brick" in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, were of notice, perhaps his most accomplished role for Camelot was that of "Victor Frankenstein." Originally cast as "Henry," Ed - due to a castmate's misfortune - switched to Victor (the leading role) with only 11 days until opening night. 400 lines later on opening Night, Frankenstein turned out to be quite thrilling, much thanks to Ed's efforts. Most recently, Ed stepped under the lights again, but this time under the lights of Babson College's Sorenson Center for the 2005 EMACT Festival for Camelot. Ed, portraying "Death" in Waiting for the End..., had to don a exhausted persona, one he's quite familiar with thanks to three kids and a day job climbing poles for the phone company. |
