Gloria Callahan

GCallahan.jpg (9110 bytes)Gloria has enjoyed a "long run" with Camelot - acting, directing, all the 'fun' jobs where you learn so much about how to paint scenery, do wardrobe, find props, do makeup, sell tickets, do hospitality, set the stage - Been there! Done that! Wouldn't mind doing it all again!!

She has worked with the Chelmsford Players in such productions as The Miracle Worker, The Comeback and Picnic, but made her Camelot debut as Miss Ireland in Flower Drum Song.  Since, she has given outstanding performances as Serena in Mystery, Mayhem and Murder!, Mrs. Pearce in Between Mouthfuls, Aunt Ethel in Harvey, Miss Maple in The Butler Did It, Mrs. Upson in Auntie Mame, Mrs. Brady in Inherit the Wind, Mother in Picnic, as well as roles in California Suite, The Water Engine, Chamber Music, Aladdin and Absurd Person Singular, to name a few.

Directorially, most recently Gloria directed one weekend of the October'02 sessions of Love Letters, as well as Camelot's previous productions of Barefoot in the Park, The Odd Couple (female version) and Cooking with Gus.
