Summary This performance is designed to be an experimental piece exploring the topic of race relations. The play calls for one Caucasian and one African-American. The roles of BLACK/WHITE and WHITE/BLACK are rationally androgynous. Casting is the choice of the director.
The Cast A Caucasian man in black face, dressed in light colored clothes with black gloves An African-American Man in white face, dressed in dark clothing with white gloves.
The Set The set is barren-without distraction. Benches, streetlights, and other items can be added to aid in blocking as determined by the director.
Costumes Costumes are left to the discretion of the director.

Author Biography
Playwright Steve Rowell is a resident of Lake Mary, Florida. He is
a member of the Dramatist Guild, Central Florida Theatre Alliance, and the
Playwrights Round Table as well as a member of the board of directors for the
Florida Children's Repertory Theatre. Rowell participated in the first CFTA Play in
A Day and has been produced locally by Playwrights Round Table, Southern Winds
Theatre, The Peoples Theatre, and Performance Space Orlando. He wrote a monologue for the
City of Orlandos Millennium Celebration at Lake Eola. Steves adaptation of A
Christmas Carol - Tiny Tim; A Christmas Carol Revisited will debut this winter
