Synopsis

Based upon true-life experiences, New England Home Grown is the story of three teenage boys coming of age.  This fast-paced drama explores the unique elements of self-discovery, forging a very special life-long bond among friends.  Set in the placid coastal town of Port James, the action quickly accelerates into hyper drive, landing in the untamed Ocean City, where youth is forever left behind.

The Setting

Port James, an upscale coastal town; Ocean City, a coastal city bordering Port James with an amusement park, racing tracks and bars. (The elaborate set designs should be considered only as a source for creative ideas to inspire the director’s visual interpretation of each setting; the presentation is seen as a black box production.)
