Not-So Fine Print When is NEED's Deadline? The Deadline for all submissions, including ads, artwork and stories, is the 10th of the month preceding the print issue month, (e.g. January 10 for the February issue). There is no deadline to submit materials to the website, but there's also no guarantee we'll be able to launch your announcement in a timely manner when submitted at the last minute. What about Ad layouts? Camera ready ads may be submitted, or ads will be set up free of charge by NEED's parent company, JAC Publishing. PLEASE NOTE: Ad cancellations must be made at least one week prior to deadline or advertiser will be charged. What are NEED's payment terms? Payment terms for NEED is Net 30. Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Major Credit Cards and PayPal accepted.
